Why is my card not working

Payment wont go through/ Cant see my payment

There isn't a card assigned to your account.

If you have signed up through Rhythm Time's online site you possibly missed adding your card to your account. This happens when you do not proceed to stage 2 and complete registration early. Do not worry, you can still add your card details onto your Rhythm Time account.

Please follow these stages to add your card to your Rhythm Time account.

  • Login to My Account and click on Manage Account.

  • After clicking on manage account you should see a box labeled Manage Your Cards

  • When clicking on Manage Your Cards there will be a light grey box with a small cross in the middle, click here and you can then put your card details onto your Rhythm Time account.

Payment not going through.

If you can't make a payment on your Rhythm Time account this may be why:

  • Potentially your Card issuer e.g. (Visa or 3D secure) has not verified the payment with Rhythm Time.
  • This could mean that there is an extra layer of security (3D Secure or Verified by Visa) on the card that stops it being added to some new online accounts, even if a payment is not being taken at that point.
  • Contact the card issuer to let them know that the Rhythm Time account you are trying to add it to is legitimate.
