Payment Not Going Through?

If you can't make a payment on your Rhythm Time account these may be a couple of reasons why:

  • One of the reasons your card might not be working is because your Card issuer e.g. (Visa or 3D secure) has not verified their payment with Rhythm Time.
  • This could mean that there is an extra layer of security (3D Secure or Verified by Visa) or the  postcode does not match with your details in this account. Your bank may have stopped this card being added to some new online accounts, even if payment is not being taken at this point.
  • Please contact your card issuer to let them know that the Rhythm Time account you are
    trying to add it to is legitimate.
