Classes: Where, when, how much and how do I book?

This article will help you use our booking engine where you will find our prices and availability near you.

 

 

• From any page on the website you will find 'Book a Class' buttons to click
• This will take you to the class finder map:

• Enter your Post Code or Location
• Select the Service Type of class you are looking for - In Person or Online
• Then the day you are free for a class and maximum distance you want to travel:

• Select the Course Type - this is based on the age of your little one or if you are booking a birthday party or a summer holiday course and so on.
• Press Search

Results shown on the map are the venues closest to you. The icons on the map represent:

• Green = Venues with classes available
• Black = Your position
• Red = Venues that don't currently have classes available of the type chosen

• Click on the venue icons on the map or the venues in the list below/to the left of the map to open up a list of classes at that venue:
  
  

• Choose a suitable class
• Click Find out more

This will take you to the booking checkout, but first:

• If you haven't logged in, you will be taken to the login screen
• If you don't have a Rhythm Time account yet, scroll down the login screen and select Register

This will take you to the price options for this class and the dates for this term 

• Select which of your little ones you want to add to the class.
  • OR If you haven't registered your child yet, press the "+" button on the right

• Click on Check prices (blue box):

• Choose from the 2 payment options, Monthly or Pay in Advance
  
  Pay in Advance*: Pay up front every term. 
  Monthly*: Pay an automatic recurring card payment each month that covers your little ones classes throughout the year and spreads the cost.

Once you've clicked on your chosen payment plan, click on the + (right hand side) to add the card you wish to pay with or select one you already have saved.

• Click Review Order

For Monthly Plans

• The Monthly Payment Summary gives you a breakdown of:
  • What you will pay today (the "Initial Payment")
  • Your ongoing payments
  • Your regular payment date going forward
• Choose your preferred monthly payment date from the options given
  
  • Changing the payment date affects the Initial Payment amount
• Add (+) or choose which card will be used for payments.

• Click Review Order

Confirmation

The Confirmation page shows you the details of your booking. Before you can confirm your booking you must confirm your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. 

If you have chosen the Monthly Plan  please make sure to read the key points. Click on the headers to expand.

• Tick the box to confirm that you have read and understand the terms & conditions
• Click Confirm
  

You will now receive an email with all the details of your chosen class.
